Luxembourg: join the action
Many people want legal action to be initiated against the measures taken by the Luxembourg Government and approved by the Members of Parliament.
They are all saying:
- it is time to act against these unjust laws and the segregation they create.
- it is time to show the Government that many citizens are against all these repressive measures that violate our fundamental rights.
- it is time to act and to express our disagreement by taking the matter to the Courts, as they are the Guardian of our freedoms.
Whether you are vaccinated or not, parent, employee, employer, medical, social, private or public, retired or unemployed, in Hospitality, unionized or not: stop everything that is happening now by participating in the legal action to be filed against CovidCheck, which is by no means a health instrument, but a ruse for imposing a disguised vaccine mandate and creating apartheid.
This action will also be lodged against the project on compulsory vaccination for the over-50s and caregivers, because you know full well that the ultimate goal is compulsory vaccination for all adults and children.
The action’s chances of success are unknown; doing nothing however would be even worse.
Just as we have expressed our disagreement by signing many petitions, by demonstrating peacefully, let us now take a stand by submitting this matter to the Courts, the guarantors of our freedom.
Let us call upon the intervention of the Luxembourg Justice system in order to assert our fundamental rights.
In an effort to pool the costs, an agreement has been reached with a lawyer for a maximum fee of €292.50, including tax, per participant with a minimum of 100 people (legal fees, assignment fees, stationery fees included).
This lawyer will work with another lawyer and the final cost will be adjusted based on actual costs but without exceeding the ceiling of €292.50 for each individual.
