Does the Pfizer vaccine increase the risk of contamination and death from Covid19?

Dr. Gerard Delepine analyzes the increase of infection and death after vaccination with a new experimental vaccine has begun. The picture is not very promising. Great Britain shows a sudden increase of infections and death after vaccination. The same goes for Israel and Norway. So the question is does the Pfizer vaccine increases the risk for infection and death?
