25 years of AEGIS in Vienna on September 20th, 2025

The festivity of 25 years of AEGIS in Austria will take place in Vienna on September 20th, 2025. With the bottom of our heart we would like to invite you to take part.
The program starts on September 19th, 2025 with the arrival of the guests from outside of Vienna. We booked rooms at the Hotel Altes Kloster, an old cloister, which has been tu rned to a marvellous hotel, in Hainburg, located near the airport Wien Schwechat.
There we will meet on September 19th, and together we have a nice gathering and light dinner.
The President of the EUROPEAN FORUM OF VACCINE VIGILANCE will approach us from Luxembourg, the vice president will also be here.
Good ocassion for networking and for getting to know these honorable persons and each other.
Some of you know this hotel already as we had an EFVV Meeting there in 2017.
On September 20th, 2025 in Vienna we will commemorate the 25th ANNIVERSARY of AEGIS with a Festivity act at the center of Vienna, (MariaTheresienplatz and Heldenplatz, main squares near former Habsburg castles).
Very important VIPs have been invited to speak to us on a stage in front of the conmemorable sites.
We would appreciate if you would be there too.
VIPs, activists and the EFVV President of EFVV (European Forum for Vaccine Vigilance) and other persons of honour will be able to say a few words. May be also the President of the Health Federation.
There will be a video wall for the speakers, so everybody may be able to join. Afterwords we walk a few steps along the main alley, the RING, which surrounds the first district to get to a typical Viennese inn-restaurant for dinner.
September 21st, 2025: Guided Citytour of Vienna for guests from outside (innercity and see Vienna from the hills from above) and in the evening visit of the marvellous Light and Sound Event at the church Votivkirche, built by which had been built by order of the former emperors in 1850, in neogothic style, thanking God, due to a terrorist attack which did not succeed..
September 22nd, DAY for MASS MEDIA DAY spend the day at the hotel, time for meeting with journalists (upon registration) or walk through the city of Hainburg individually. Near Hainburg you find Carnuntum, the first capital of Roman settlements of the Roman empire, of the province Panonia from 5.000 years ago
