Subject: URGENT – Manifesto circulation & public mobilization

Dear friends,

We warmly thank you for your commitment and participation in the International Forum of Assisi (July 14–15, 2025) and/or the upcoming autumn session in Paris. These events will bring together leading voices from the scientific, medical, legal, and civil society fields to address a vital issue: protecting freedom, health, and human dignity in the face of new global health regulations.

As you know, July 19, 2025, marks a turning point with the entry into force of the new WHO regulatory framework, which may enforce binding public health measures without democratic consultation or informed consent.

In response to this critical moment, we have drafted a “Manifesto for Humanity, Health Protection, and Peace”, which we kindly ask you to read, sign, and share widely through your personal, professional, and institutional networks.

We have also launched a crowdfunding campaign to support this large-scale initiative and to ensure the translation and printing of the Manifesto and white paper:
