On Saturday, January 31, and Sunday, February 1, 2026, Cher Atout Cœur organized the Rencontres Internationales de Vierzon in the former tractor factory of "la Société Française." Highly symbolic. At the same time, the U.S. Department of Justice was posting three million pages online, including more than 2,000 videos and more than 180,000 images related to Jeffrey Epstein.
For the first time, a Europe-wide survey of grassroots activists, doctors, journalists, lawyers, writers, and event organizers on how to change history and what prevents us from doing so was conducted amid the huge wave of resistance that arose in the spring of 2020. And the summary is quick: speak out openly, be exemplary, coordinate effectively, and let go of egos and divisions. Interviews and program at the end of the article.
Here is the speech of Jean-Pierre Eudier, honorary president of EFVV and the Ligue Nationale Pour la Liberté des Vaccinations (France), and my own.
Jean-Pierre Eudier: EFVV is a transnational European association that tries to connect all the associations that deal with vaccine freedom issues in their countries. These people are isolated, and we, from an international perspective, receive messages from them and try to connect them with other people who are working for vaccine freedom in their countries. I was president of the Ligue Nationale Pour la Liberté des Vaccinations (LNPLV) for eight years, and then I became president of EFVV. For some time now, I have been encouraging François-Marie to become president, and it is to him that I have entrusted this mission of trust. I hope he will be able to develop links with Make Europe Healthy Again, and if you have the means to support us, [humanly or financially], you are welcome to join us.
My words: "We are at a crucial moment. MEHA is another opportunity to unite. We are in a situation very similar to World War II. Europe is under the thumb of fascism and, paradoxically, with hope coming from both across the Atlantic and from Russia, in relation to certain things, without ever idealizing either Trump or Putin.
I have been circulating a very short questionnaire since this morning. There are two questions. I will relay what is happening in Vierzon, as I already did in 2025 and 2024, through a network of 1,500 people in Europe that has existed for 25 years, because EFVV has existed for 25 years, and Dr. Jean-Pierre Eudier has been traveling the world for 50 years. I ask two questions:
What is the lever—as Archimedes said, "Give me a lever and I will move the world"—what is the lever that can tip the balance? And reach the general public, where a huge underground wave has been building for several years? Secondly, what is the biggest obstacle within our Resistance?
I put Maria Hubmer-Mogg in touch with the Rencontres de Vierzon. I met her during the organization of the big demonstration in Geneva against the pandemic treaty and the WHO on June 1, 2024. Thank you to those who dubbed the video.
Let us remember: during World War II, there were monarchists, anarchists, communists, Senegalese tirailleurs (riflemen), Russians, Americans, they were all together and no one was undermining each other. We can change the world, we can change the world, let's do it. Make Europe Healthy Again is a huge opportunity, another chance to change things, with this Kennedy destiny that they failed to exterminate, coming from Ireland, which they tried to genocide, like other peoples. We must believe in it, anything is possible."

Epstein, Vaccines: we are living in an era of revelations and revolutions
Let's recap: the Epstein files, which have spread around the world, tell us about the manipulation and violence committed against youth, innocence, life, and beauty, and covered up by the usual powers: finance, media, politics, justice, "soft power," and a veritable "patriarchy" in this case.
They also expose, at the other end of society, and just across the street in Palm Beach, Paris, Brussels, London, and everywhere else, the destruction and "deconstruction" of populations and families through poverty, loss of bearings, the siren calls of "soft power" and the "star system," and the usual physical and moral poisons.
The Epstein Files are also proof, as attested by the work of MAHA, MEHA, the European Forum for Vaccine Vigilance, and so many others, that the political union of peoples through speech and voting, beyond their differences, through daily action and speech, through information on social networks or in independent media, perseverance and legitimate hope in the light of history, and above all the constant testimony of the victims, can overturn fatalities that are only sustained by our silence and disunity.
And let us not forget this name: Julie K. Brown, the Miami Herald reporter who reopened the investigation and allowed the victims to testify, without whom the Epstein Files of today might never have existed. History is in our hands.
This is exactly the message that dozens of collectives, associations, and individuals gathered in Vierzon sent to Europe, sent to you, about the adverse effects of vaccinations and a future to be built together, precisely at the moment when the Epstein Files were offered to the world.
Once again, the moving testimonies of the victims have demonstrated their ability to touch people and bring the truth to light. These people are essential and must be supported.
For the first time, a Europe-wide survey has been conducted in the wake of this huge wave that arose in the spring of 2020. And the summary is quick: speak out openly, be exemplary, coordinate effectively, let go of egos and divisions.
This resistance movement, of which we are a part, has not only achieved billions of views, it has also saved millions of lives and continues to do so, despite the doubts that may sometimes arise.
An apparent failure can hide a profound success. People's behavior in the medium term and the verdicts of secret ballots are clear signs of this in recent years.
For a number of us, if we woke up at the time of COVID, it was because someone informed us.
Everything is essential, but nothing is enough. Some tools have proven their ability to wake up the public and create a buzz in a matter of hours, while others have helped to change the law, and still others have quietly protected populations.
But the United States and MAHA are here to show that things can change through the union of our struggles allied with political battles seeking the common good. This is the mission of MEHA and EFVV.
Let us not despise any of these tools, but let us also recognize that fishing with a net in the rivers or lakes of our cities is generally faster than fishing with a line, even if some fish must be skillfully flushed out. I apologize to anti-speciesists for this metaphor borrowed from the Gospels.
Alongside this battle for information and the defense of rights that we are waging, as summarized by a member of a Paris collective, "we must nurture positive thinking, bring together as many benevolent forces as possible, and visualize solutions to our problems as well as the awakening of consciousness so that we can move forward together toward better days. It seems necessary to nurture possible outcomes rather than dwelling on problems among ourselves."

(the speech by Jean-Pierre Eudier, honorary president of Ligue Nationale Pour la Liberté des Vaccinations, and EFVV) by François-Marie Périer (president of EFVV and Grelive Grenoble) begins at 4:40 minutes, followed by the speech by Maria Hubmer-Mogg (President of MEHA, Austria) and Louis Fouché (MEHA Steering Committee, France)
The various speeches filmed on the Cher Atout Coeur channel:

The Ligue Nationale Pour la Liberté des Vaccinations and the Réseau des Victimes des Accidents Vaccinaux, long-standing French associations
Speech by Dr. Maria Hubmer-Mogg, President of MEHA
Maria Hubmer Mogg, a mental health doctor and herbalist, emphasized the political independence of MEHA, a non-profit organization whose goal is to lobby for the common good at the European Union, despite the fact that MEHA members share no illusions about this institution. Activists and "proud citizens" from our countries are working within MEHA to expose scientific fraud and bring real science back to parliament through dialogue aimed at promoting peace and health.
The film An Inconvenient Study, by Chris Armstrong, winner of the 2025 Malibu Film Festival, with the participation of Robert Kennedy Jr., is the media event of the past year, comparable to Vaxxed, by Andrew Wakefield and Del Big Tree, and also produced by the latter. Together with Children's Health Defense, an NGO founded by Robert Kennedy Jr., MEHA will work to spread this film everywhere. MHM paid tribute to the Peter McCullough Foundation, with which Andrew Wakefield [also the author of several other documentaries] collaborates.
On March 4, 2026, an event will be held at the European Parliament. Let food be our medicine, regenerate our farmland, let us warn about connected tablets in kindergartens... these are some of MHM's messages. She added: "We will monitor WHO decision-makers and expose them more than ever with our experts. We will hold another event at the Parliament in May 2026 before the general assembly." Other events: Iceland, June 20 and 21, MEHA summit and peace conference; October 3 and 4, conference on autism. "Let's be strong and courageous together and the future will be bright."
I would like to personally add that we can send the following message to various institutions: "If you consider that the Epstein files reveal the violence, corruption, and silence of politicians, judges, financiers, and the media...you will consider the film An Inconvenient Study to be just as important concerning the same powers and the pharmaceutical industry. If you don't, we wish you good luck."

Maria Hubmer Mogg, Vierzon
Statement by Dr. Louis Fouché, MEHA Steering Committee
Louis Fouché pointed out that no one at MEHA actually believed in the European Union in its current form, but that it was good to get together and that we should not shut ourselves off. He then developed the allegory of Ulysses and his return to Ithaca through trials, including that of Circe, whose name translates as "Bird of Prey," with her title of Polypharmakos, meaning master of all drugs and poisons, who transformed Ulysses' companions into pigs... And it was Ulysses' dog who recognized him first upon his return, before he triumphed over the suitors. A beautiful allegory of the Soul of our kingdoms to be reconquered.
